Our Theatre Volunteer Program in Jaipur combines performing arts with meaningful community work. Since 2010, Volunteering With India has worked with schools, shelters, and community centers to provide children with creative learning opportunities that encourage self-expression, imagination, and confidence.

Many children in underserved communities have limited access to arts education. Through theatre workshops, storytelling activities, dance, and drama games, volunteers help children improve communication skills while creating a safe and joyful environment where they can express themselves freely.

Creative arts can transform children’s confidence and emotional development. Theatre activities help shy children become more expressive, improve teamwork, and encourage positive social interaction.

This program is not about professional acting — it’s about creating happiness, confidence, imagination, and memorable experiences for children who may not otherwise have access to performing arts opportunities.

  • Teaching acting, storytelling, and role-play activities
  • Organizing theatre games and confidence-building exercises
  • Helping children prepare short performances and skits
