The Organization is running a center for the Street children in India which are found on the streets, traffic signals, railway stations and Bus Stands. We have a team of local volunteers which always in search of the children which are kidnapped by the criminal gangs in India, children which are left on roads due to affecting by poverty and also rescued them from child-labor. All the children in center are living together just like an orphanage house. They are provided with accommodation facility, food, class room for everyday classes, education material and a playing garden. This project is also called as one of our Street Child Rescue Project India. Since 2009 with the help of our Local NGO team we have repatriate around 5500 children to their home.

Project Dates: Available all year round with flexible start and finish dates. We recommend arriving on Sunday to begin volunteering on Monday. Check availability here: Program Start Dates.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Requirements: No qualifications or previous experience required. Volunteers should be caring, patient, enthusiastic, and willing to help children in need.

Volunteer Activities: Teaching English and Mathematics, helping with homework, organizing games and sports, arts and crafts, health awareness sessions, music, dance, and creative educational activities.

Working Days: Monday to Friday. Weekends are free for sightseeing and cultural tours in Jaipur and Rajasthan.

Included in the Program: Airport pickup, accommodation, meals, bottled water, Wi-Fi, local transport to project site, orientation, sightseeing support, and 24/7 in-country assistance.

Not Included: Flights, visa, insurance, monument entrance fees, airport drop-off, and personal expenses.

Flexible Accommodation: Volunteers may stay with a host family, upgrade to a private room/hotel, or arrange their own accommodation.

Volunteer Week Details

Day 1 – Arrival & Orientation:
Upon arrival in Jaipur, our team will welcome you at the airport, railway station, or your accommodation. You’ll be transferred to your host family or accommodation and receive a detailed orientation about your project, local culture, safety guidelines, transportation, and daily schedule.

Monday to Friday – Volunteer Work:
Each day, volunteers participate in activities at the street children shelter center. Work generally includes teaching, games, educational workshops, sports, and interactive activities designed to help children learn and grow in a positive environment.

Weekends – Explore Rajasthan:
Weekends are free for relaxation and sightseeing. Volunteers can explore Jaipur’s forts, palaces, bazaars, temples, and cultural attractions. Optional weekend tours to destinations across Rajasthan and India can also be arranged.

Volunteer Accommodation in Jaipur

Volunteers stay with welcoming Indian host families or in volunteer accommodation located in central Jaipur. Rooms are clean, safe, and comfortable with Wi-Fi, Western bathrooms, filtered water, and hot showers available.

Meals

Three fresh vegetarian meals are provided daily by the host family, giving volunteers a chance to experience authentic Indian cuisine and hospitality.

Transportation

Airport pickup and daily transport between accommodation and the volunteer project are included. Local transportation is arranged by tuk-tuk or private vehicle depending on the location.

Our volunteer programs in India operate year-round with flexible joining dates to match your travel schedule. Volunteers can arrive on any day; however, we recommend arriving on a Sunday so you can settle in comfortably and begin your volunteer activities on Monday morning.
