VOLUNTEERING INDIA FEES
Volunteering With India is a local Indian organization offering some of the most affordable and transparent volunteer program fees in the country. As we manage all our own volunteer projects directly, there are no middlemen involved—meaning you get quality experiences at a much lower cost compared to many international agencies.
One big advantage is that we don’t charge any separate application fees. While other organizations often ask for an additional non-refundable amount just to apply, with us, you simply pay a $150 deposit to secure your spot. This amount is fully deducted from your total program fees, so you’re never paying extra.
Your program fee includes everything you need for a smooth and meaningful experience. From the moment you land, you’ll be picked up at the airport on arrival day. We provide comfortable accommodation, three home-cooked meals per day, daily transport to your volunteer project, weekend sightseeing tours to explore India’s culture, and all the materials needed for your project work. Plus, our local team offers 24/7 support to ensure you feel safe, supported, and welcomed throughout your journey.
Program Dates: Programs are available all year round, and you’re free to choose your own start and end dates based on your travel plans. For the best experience, we recommend arriving on a Sunday so you can settle in before beginning your placement.

Note: A 5% transfer/bank charges will be extra on the each payment you made for the program. Sometimes the flight to Jaipur can be expensive. You can arrive to Delhi and we will pick you from there on request, we can arrange pickup and drop-off to Delhi airport on extra cost of expenditure please ask us if this happened to you.

Where The Fee Goes :
36% Accommodation & Food.
28% Project Transportation ( Arrival Pick Up, Daily Program Transportation & Weekend Sightseeing ).
15% Program Site as a Donation.
4.9% Bank Transfer Charges.
15.1% Program Coordination/Administration/Staff Allowance/Web Management/Advertising Cost/Communication Cost & All Misc Exp to run Organization.
Note : Upon arrival, our in-country coordinator and staff will be there to pick you up from Jaipur. Please do not forget to send us your flight information and we guarantee, you will never miss us.
